Meet Erica Henderson
As a therapist, I specialize in working with people who have experienced complex trauma and are working to integrate this into their life’s story.
I love working with first responders, military, survivors of sexual violence, and individuals navigating life transitions, self harm, and other unwanted behaviors.
I work best with clients who are ready to be challenged and are open to shifting long held perspectives. I have a down to earth approach and strive to create a warm, open and non- judgmental space for clients to explore their darkest places with curiosity and compassion.
I use both my professional and lived experiences to cultivate understanding and nuance into our work together. My approach is attachment based, somatic, and creative - often integrating humor, expressive arts, movement, nature and animal assisted interventions to support healing.
